Registration opens at 7.00am Friday morning ready for a 8.30am. sharp start. And we know it means you have to take a day off work. But who would you rather spend it with? Us? Or your employer? Car Parking: Car parking is available at Mantra Legends Hotel but is subject to availability due to the limited number of spaces. Hotel guests and conference delegates may use the hotel car park at a cost of $17.00 per day. When arriving at Hotel, firstly register with Reception and leave luggage at Concierge prior to parking your car. Please note, the hotel does not offer valet parking. For additional parking we recommend utilising the Bruce Bishop car park located between Remembrance Drive and Beach Road for $1.70 per hour or $27.00 for a weekly pass, or alternatively the Centro car park located on Hanlan Street for the discounted price of $7.00 per day. Centro car park tickets must be validated with our concierge desk to receive this discounted price. For further information, please contact the hotel. Please note that these prices and details are subject to change without notice. Accommodation: We have been able to arrange you a discounted accommodation rate at the Mantra Legends Hotel for a room only rate starting at $136 per double per night plus optional breakfasts. As an alternative, you may find cheaper accommodation on the following website; www.wotif.com.au Dress: Please dress in comfortable clothing. It’s recommended that you dress in layers as the temperature in the room can fluctuate at times depending on the venue. This air-conditioning is usually kept at a low level that some people find a little cool. We recommend that you bring a jacket or jumper. Prohibited: Any recording devices, whatsoever are not permitted inside the seminar room and will be confiscated.
